The suite was clean, though a bit tired-looking, and the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had some good quality items, but it was slightly unpleasant having a cleaner vacuuming around us while we ate. Watching just Freeview sport in the bar was limiting, making the dining experience less enjoyable, especially with dirty cutlery noted during our meals.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a clean bathroom and generous breakfast with a good selection that sets you up for the day, and the convenient location is just a 65 km drive from Cardiff Airport, making it easy for weekend travelers.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were dead friendly, making you feel right at home! Plus, the location was spot on, with great eateries just a stone's throw away, like Avo Cafe Bar for a fab brunch.

The room was a bit shabby with carpet stains and a dodgy towel rail. The dining area could use a bit of a clean-up, especially with that crayon doodle on the wall being laughed off.

The bathroom lacked essential toiletries , and the shower took longer than expected to heat up. I also noticed that areas like the carpets and skirting boards could use a good deep clean – they seemed a bit neglected. Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay felt enjoyable overall, thanks to the friendly staff and good food.

i recently stayed at thomas arms for a few nights, and it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit. the staff were incredibly friendly and worked hard to ensure everything was perfect. the spacious room and delicious meals added to a delightful experience.

The hotel's cleaning standards could use attention!!! The carpets show signs of wear, and the outside areas are littered with debris. A little upkeep would make a huge difference!!!

This place was just a well-suited match for a short stint in Llanelli with all in all brilliant value for money. We had an excellent meal with three courses, and the service was exceptionably friendly even though it was busy. If you're looking for a meal, make sure to book ahead during peak times.
